My client are looking to hire an experienced administrator to join their busy based in Dublin 2.
Candidates should have experience working on projects, and operations
Responsibilities:
· Assisting and supporting the Project Manager and Project Co-ordinator with the successful rollout and delivery of the project.
· Assisting and supporting the Project Manager and Project Co-ordinator in communicating with the external third-party project team members.
· Assist with implementing and tracking Q-Pulse operational activities as it is embedded throughout the organisation.
· Scheduling meetings to coordinate project work, providing status updates and monitoring progress.
· Schedule operational activities (meetings, workshops, training events, etc.)
· Responsibility for managing action lists for all project team meetings.
· Assist with the communication to staff on the roll out and status of the project.
· Collecting and collating metrics associated with the project.
· The point of contact for other members of the project team, in co-ordinating and handling project related queries.
· Attend training and network group meetings on HCI project as necessary.
· Assist Project Team and Heads of Departments in project sub-schedules.
· Preparing presentations to update senior management on the project’s progress and showcase the project’s value.
· Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
· Monitoring key deadlines to ensure all stakeholders are kept updated.
· Assist in communicating project milestones to staff to help disseminate the project’s aims & objectives throughout the organisation.
