Cpl UK – Health have a fantastic opportunity for a Band 7 Paediatric Speech & Language Therapist to work in a busy and established NHS hospital in South London.
You will have a personable, friendly approach with patients and colleagues and perform your duties to the highest standards.
This role with cover inpatients paediatric and neonatal wards and may involve outpatient clinics depending on your experience.
Please note, we are unable to sponsor visas. We require the Right to Work in the UK.
Job Description:
- 30 hours per week (but will accept lower hours for this role)
- ASAP start – ongoing
- Monday to Friday [Part time work will be considered but you must be able to work Thursday and/or Friday]
- Hourly rate of up to £30.00
- Working on inpatients paediatric and neonatal wards and may involve outpatient clinics depending on experience
Requirements:
- HCPC registration
- Previous experience essential (6 months minimum experience within the community)
- Right to Work in the UK
-You must be able to independently manage your own caseload
- Experience in assessing and managing acute inpatient paediatric and neonatal dysphagia
- Experience in assessing and managing infant dysphasia in the outpatient clinic
- Experience working with children with complex health conditions
