Part-Time Receptionist

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and professional experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and manage front desk operations in a professional and friendly manner
Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently
Manage emails, appointments, and meeting room bookings
Provide general administrative support to the wider team
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
Assist with ad hoc administrative duties as required
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Competent in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
