CPL are hiring an experience Personal Assistant with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role for our Insurance Client based in Dublin 1.
40,000 salary + bonus + hybrid working model

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Actively manage the Directors diary and arrange meetings for the Directors as required.
- Manage Expense Claims, Invoices, CPD and Gift Register
- Organize Travel and prepare itineraries
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Email Management, screen phone calls, enquiries and action of incoming communications.
- Actively support the director in his/her day to day activities
- Devise and maintain office systems, including Boardroom and Video Conferencing facilities, meeting rooms, data management and filing
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal / external clients, suppliers and other staff
- Manage and participate in cross-functional projects as required
- Manage and co-ordinate communications between Business Units for Director
- Co-ordinate reports and responses for Director to ensure they are received on schedule
- Event Organization e.g. Dinners, etc.
