Personal Assistant – Executive Office
Dublin 24 | 20 hours per week (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Mon–Fri)
Are you an experienced administrator looking for a part-time role with impact and purpose? A leading public sector organisation in the healthcare space is seeking a Personal Assistant to support senior leadership in a high-level executive office.
This permanent position offers the opportunity to work with the Deputy CEO, Chief Operations Officer, and the wider Executive Team. The role is ideal for someone highly organised, confident in managing sensitive information, and comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide confidential administrative and secretarial support to the executive team.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and manage meeting follow-ups.
- Liaise with departments and external stakeholders.
- Support handling of complaints and Parliamentary Questions with discretion.
- Manage office purchasing and payment processes using the SAP system.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Excellent MS Outlook and Microsoft Teams proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Leaving Certificate (or equivalent)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
