My client are looking to hire an experienced administrator with excellent excel skills to join their busy team.
This position is being offered on a temporary basis. Hybrid option available with 2 days onsite required.
You will be responsible for providing analytical and administrative support to the Tender team and Category Management teams, in respect of Tendering activities, and assigned Category Management activities.
Planning
- Set up Suppliers, Pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQ's) & Tenders on Proactis, including supporting data (maps, site listings, bidding schedules, etc.).
- Monitor PQQ/Tender progress and acceptance and provide reports on same.
- Extract and collate support data from Proactis and other sources, to assist in the scoring and evaluation process.
- Prepare and issue regret and award letters to contractors.
- Set up contracts and monitor and follow up on contract acceptance.
- Complete SMS patch testing as required on a periodic basis.
- Provide support and training to staff and contractors on Proactis to ensure its efficient operation.
- Provide admin support to the wider procurement team as required.
Engagement & Support
- Engage proactively with the team to improve relationships and improve the effectiveness of the Procurement team.
- Provide support to the team on ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.
People & Culture
- Promote a safe working environment for the team and contractors.
- Act as a role model for the Group’s values.
