A fast-growing SaaS company is expanding its Customer Experience function and building a brand-new team in Dublin. As a Product Specialist – User Champion, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey, supporting EMEA users and ensuring they get maximum value from the platform through outstanding service and clear, empathetic communication.
What You’ll Do
- Develop deep product expertise and support customers via email and live chat
- Diagnose and resolve software issues, including handling escalated queries
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
- Advise customers on marketing, sales, and e-commerce setup best practices
- Create and maintain documentation while contributing to improved support processes
- Leverage AI tools to optimise workflows and increase efficiency
What You Bring
- Fluency in both English and German
- 1+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within SaaS or technical support
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven, high-volume environment
- A proactive, collaborative, and positive attitude
- Full authorisation to work in Ireland
Nice to Have
- Exposure to APIs, integrations, or basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or networking concepts
- Experience in MarTech, email deliverability, or e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with support and productivity tools such as Zendesk or Google Workspace
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary based on experience, typically €40,000 – €60,000

Location & Working Hours
- Dublin 2 (city centre)
- Hybrid working model (3 days per week in the office)
- Monday to Friday, standard hours 9:00 – 5:30
- (with occasional shifts of 8:00 – 4:00 or 10:00 – 6:00)
