Project Engineering Administrator
On behalf of our Client, Kenny-Whelan is hiring a Project Engineering Administrator to join a Global Pharmaceutical Company in Dublin Northwest.
Profile of Role:
The role provides administrative and project coordination support to the Engineering PMO and Engineering Team for CAPEX Projects.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Support project initiation and documentation.
• Create/manage purchase requisitions and POs in Ariba (SAP backend).
• Perform goods receipting and track PO/invoice status.
• Maintain CAPEX cost trackers in Excel.
• Support SAP queries and blocked invoice resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5 years + experience working on a pharma/biopharma site
- Experience with Administrative, Project Support, Procurement/Engineering, CAPEX projects a distinct advantage
- Correct and timely PO creation and goods receipting.
- Reduction in blocked invoices
IT SKILLS:
Ø Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint
Ø Please note: Advanced Excel skills are required to include pivot tables, SUMIFS, lookup functions

Ø Ariba
