Leading Global Consultancy is looking for an experienced, motivated PMO Project Manager to join their growing team. You will have clients have the confidence to take and benefit from risks, drive sustainable growth and performance, develop risk-enabled organizations and resources, and gain greater access to risk insights and performance information. You will be tasked with providing Project Management and PMO management to large-scale transformation programmes. You will lead presentations and proposals for medium to high complex projects and provide subject matter insight to bids and proposals in relevant areas. You will create innovative commercial insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contributing to thought leadership.
Key to the role will be driving improvements into the PMO program and ensure industry best practices are leveraged. You will have 3+ years’ experience in a management consulting or similar advisory role in industry or the public sector and 5+ years of Project Management / PMO experience of managing and delivering projects end to end. You will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a track record in managing complex stakeholder programmes with a good understanding of project governance and change management principles.
