Job Title: Project Officer
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Candidates must have access to suitable IT infrastructure, including broadband and a private home office. Occasional travel to Dublin may be required for training and meetings.
Employment Type: Full-Time & Part Time (35 hours/week)
Part-time opportunities (minimum 3 full days per week).

Grade IV Officer Salary Scale (Department of Health, effective 01/08/2025):
€35,609 – €54,914 (whole-time equivalent)
About the Project
Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with our client, is recruiting Project Officers for a 6-month initiative. The role involves gathering information from a pre-approved contact list and accurately recording it in a tracker system. We are seeking professional, reliable individuals to join this project team.
Role Overview
The Project Officer will engage with stakeholders to verify and document information efficiently and accurately. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional phone manner, and the ability to manage a high volume of interactions. Attention to detail and adherence to GDPR guidelines are essential. Experience in Health, Social Care, Education, or Welfare sectors is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct phone and video calls with stakeholders using MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.
· Stay informed on relevant documentation and procedures.
· Manage data: maintain, correct, collate, validate, and process.
· Maintain accurate filing systems and records.
· Provide administrative support, including preparing materials and reports.
· Update and maintain the project tracker.
· Liaise with state services and stakeholders, supporting Service Managers.
· Respond to communications promptly.
· Represent the service professionally.
· Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR.
· Use technology effectively to ensure high-quality work.
· Organise and attend meetings; take and circulate minutes.
· Perform other administrative tasks as required.
· Use IT tools (Word, Excel, databases, email, internet).
· Engage appropriately with vulnerable children.
· Resolve queries and escalate issues as needed.
· Support innovation and change initiatives.
· Assist in developing reporting materials.
· Foster effective stakeholder relationships.
