Our client, a State organisation, is seeking to recruit an Assistant Property Manager, for its Property Services Department in North East Dublin.
This role involves;
- Providing strategic guidance and support to the Property Manager to ensure compliance with EU procurement and provide Technical Support to service personnel and other estates personnel as required.
- Build relationships, in order to support the role with Estate Agents, Local Authorities and Property Management in North Dublin.
- Provide timely management information reports as directed by the Property Manager.
- The ideal candidate would have a wider field of experience that can deal with a property sale, a commercial lease, a boundary rectification, trespass etc.
- The successful Property Manager will probably be a surveyor, or similarly qualified technical professional.
To be considered for this role you must;
- Hold a level 8 Degree (or equivalent) in: Property, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar. Have more than 5 years post graduate relevant experience in; property, project management administration, support or coordination. Level 7 will also be considered
- Experience in a similar cross functional role Project Management / Property Management Relevant Property law knowledge and experience in dealing with solicitors.
- Have experience of the construction and maintenance of buildings, regulations and guidelines.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Be proficient in the English language (spoken, written, technical). Be capable of multi-tasking, co-ordinating and delivering multi-projects.
- Be competent at liaising with design teams, vendors, suppliers, distributors, subcontractors, and all other business stakeholders on a project.
- Have an ability to organise and to prioritise a busy workload. Have excellent communication skills. Have full clean drive licence.
Remuneration is negotiable depending on candidate’s experience, suitability and fit for the role. The ideal candidate can expect a salary c 50,000 - 55,000 per annum plus expenses. 30 Days Annual Leave and 35 hour working week.
