My client is looking for an experienced Nurse Manager who has had experience working at Deputy Manager level or above.
This small Nursing Home on the Outskirts of Leamington Spa is set in a beautiful location and is currently rated “good” with the CQC and has a review score of over 9/10 on carehomes.co.uk. Responsibilities of the role:
- Overall management of the home, including recruitment, budgets and appraisals
- Support for the staffing team
- Working closely with the Senior Management team to ensure the homes reputation is upheld
- Ensure that CQC and company polices are adhered to
Person specification:
- Have a live, valid NMC PIN
- Have previous management experience
- You will have strong communication and organisational skills
- You will be reliable and punctual, trustworthy and honest
