The Reporting Analyst is responsible for designing and developing metrics, reports, and data analyses to support and drive key business decisions. Serving as a vital link between raw data and management, the Reporting Analyst’s core responsibilities include data extraction, analysis, and transformation to deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Data analysis, spotting data trends, performing gap analysis and generating reports.
- Become knowledgeable about the business deliverable and operational teams.
- Perform deep-drive analysis and recommend improvements to current business metric collection process.
- Produce and deliver tracking and reporting for key KPI/SLA’s in the business.
- Responsible for designing key dashboards and scorecards for Senior Leadership and Business Unit (Team Leaders, Training Team, Quality Analysts, etc.).
- Create and maintain efficient and secure systems for recording data and producing relevant documentation.
- Provide high level reports and presentations for Senior Management team.
- Seek new ways of producing or automating reporting.
- Maintaining the daily relationship with the business intelligence supplier.
- Seek opportunities to drive innovation and process improvement within the reporting spectrum.
- Attend client meetings to explain root-cause analysis and deep dives.

Technical Requirements:
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced knowledge Tableau
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel is an advantage
- Desirable: Knowledge of SQL Server, SQL.
Desirable but not essential:
- 2-3 years of experience working in a reporting environment, with proven ability to deliver high quality & accurate reports within demanding timescales
Salary: €34-38000 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance)
Location: Nova Atria, Blackthorn Road, Sandyford Business Park, Dublin 18
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays). Some weekend work is also required.
