Your Day-to-Day
• Advise a diverse portfolio of EU vendors with empathy and strategic insight to maximize mutual growth
• Optimize vendor operations, visibility, and sales through collaborative solutions using a variety of internal tools and resources
• Analyze processes to identify obstacles, streamline workflows, and implement automation through cross-functional collaboration
• Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and initiative to design innovative programs that balance diverse business needs
• Enhance skills such as critical thinking, consensus-building, and system navigation to strengthen team performance
• Foster transparent communication with stakeholders, provide training, mentorship, and contribute to inclusive projects
Required Experience
- Professional experience in Account Management, Sales, Vendor Management, Business Development, E-Commerce, Retail, Consulting, B2B, Sales Operations, or Shared Services
- Fluent in Spanish OR French OR Italian OR Mandarin
- Proven experience managing projects with regional complexity
