Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll lead our sales team and drive commercial growth by identifying new revenue streams, building high-value partnerships, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach the sales team to meet commercial targets
- Drive business development and secure strategic partnerships
- Manage key accounts
- Oversee tenders, proposals, and commercial presentations
- Leverage CRM tools and market insights to drive performance
What we are looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial or business development (lubricants/B2B preferred)
- Proven track record in delivering revenue growth
- Strong strategic, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially and financially astute with strong forecasting abilities
- Experience leading teams and cross-functional projects
