Role: Sales Manager - Facilities Management
Territory: Dublin focused / Leinster
Salary: €80,000 - €85,000 base DOE, plus bonus

Our client, a leading FM provider, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth, shape sales strategy, and lead a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will take charge of both the strategic and operational direction of the sales function. You’ll create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, increase revenue, expand the client base, and nurture high-value relationships throughout the FM industry. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will ensure exceptional service delivery and reinforce the business as a market leader.
- Develop and execute a forward-looking sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities across hard FM, soft FM, energy, sustainability, projects, and integrated FM services.
- Lead and motivate the business development team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Drive negotiations and secure high-value FM contracts, fostering long-term, profitable partnerships.
- Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities across multiple service lines.
About You
- 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally within FM, Building Services, or Property.
- Proven track record of winning large FM contracts in both public and private sectors.
- Strong knowledge of FM delivery models, tendering processes, and pricing strategies.
- Strategic thinker with sharp commercial awareness.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented, commercially minded, and adaptable to change.
