Your day to day:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of Agency Account & Partner Managers
- Drive revenue growth and exceed KPIs
- Coach and develop team members through regular 1:1s
- Identify process barriers and improve productivity
- Ensure high-quality sales execution and operational excellence
- Support recruitment and onboarding of top sales talent
- Maintain client SLAs and performance standards
Compensation package:
You’ll earn a €55,000 base salary, plus a €2,000–€4,000 sign-on bonus and up to €25,000 in commission, depending on performance.
Your requirements:
- Proven experience leading a sales team, ideally in digital marketing or agency environment
- Strong understanding of agency dynamics and advertiser management
- Fluent in French and English (written & spoken)
- Experienced in hiring and team development
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
