Senior Account Manager – Enterprise Accounts
We are partnering with a global provider of IT consulting, talent solutions, and managed services supporting enterprise organisations across highly regulated industries to appoint a Senior Account Manager responsible for leading and expanding key enterprise relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full commercial ownership of two large enterprise accounts, with primary focus on a flagship strategic client
- Build and strengthen senior stakeholder relationships across technology, procurement, programme leadership, and C-suite levels
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client strategy and aligning solutions to their evolving business needs
- Identify and convert opportunities to expand existing engagements and grow account revenue
- Collaborate closely with internal delivery, sourcing, and leadership teams to ensure strong service delivery and client satisfaction
- Support new business development across the insurance and regulated financial services sector
- Help evolve engagements from individual contractor placements toward managed teams and service-based delivery models
Experience
- Significant experience managing large enterprise accounts within IT staffing, consulting, or professional services
- Strong understanding of contractor-led, time-and-materials delivery models
- Experience working with insurance or highly regulated financial services clients is strongly preferred
