Our client is one of the world’s leading Telecommunications companies, they are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a diverse and dynamic team working across a variety of territories throughout the EMEA region.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Account Manager who is skilled in relationship building, upselling and cross selling, thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for Digital Media!
The Role
● Lead and develop advertiser accounts through up-selling and cross-selling.
● Work closely with remote sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding of accounts.
● Build robust client relationships and develop deep understanding of their business goals in order to make new suggestions across a range of products and features.
● You will get the opportunity to work closely with ad operations to ensure timely and accurate campaign set-up.
Requirements
● You have a deep understanding of the data driven advertising landscape.
● Excellent verbal and written communication.
● You have a proven ability to develop and grow new business accounts.
● Fluent written and spoken English and German with 3rd European language preferred
● The ability to perform in a fast-paced, highly changing environment and be driven to meet and exceed targets.
● Ability to develop strong client relationships.
● Ability to effectively communicate with and influence the key internal and external partners, at executive level.
● Great attention to detail
● Demonstrate time management and prioritization skills
● Analytically minded.
● Previous experience of campaign optimization is a plus.
● Drive high performance through ongoing campaign optimization.
● Troubleshoot and work with teams to tackle any advertising or associated platform issues reported.
● Analyze and effectively communicate client results based on campaign performance and reporting data via email as well as voice and video calls.
● Actively drive revenue growth and find opportunities to develop incremental business.
● Prepare and be accountable for quarterly growth plans for strategic accounts.
