Senior Brand Manager – Financial services
A well-established professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to support the continued development of its advisory business. This is an individual contributor role, offering broad ownership of brand activity within a regulated, competitive market.
Reporting into a senior marketing leader, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing brand initiatives, ensuring consistency of messaging and delivery across all channels. The position will suit a commercially focused brand professional who is comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
This role is very flexible hybrid working for any suitable candidates in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.
- Lead the development of marketing assets including sales materials, digital content, and customer communications.
- Support the planning and delivery of integrated brand and demand-generation campaigns across digital channels.
- Oversee social media content planning, approvals, and performance tracking.
- Act as an internal advocate for customer insight, helping to inform messaging and brand experience.
- Monitor marketing budgets and support ROI analysis.
- Track and report on KPIs across brand and campaign activity.
Experience & Background
- Minimum of five years’ experience in brand or marketing roles, ideally within financial services, professional services, or another regulated environment.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience working within compliance-led or governance-heavy settings, with an ability to adapt brand and marketing activity accordingly.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling a brand proposition across multiple channels.
- Strong experience delivering digital campaigns and analysing performance using standard analytics and reporting tools.
