Senior Analyst, Marketing Strategy & Performance
We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join the Global Marketing Strategy & Performance team as co-lead in developing a cutting‑edge marketing core reporting and insights framework (our “SSOT”). You’ll collaborate closely across the team, using your Tableau expertise and advanced SQL skills to build unified datasets, interactive dashboards, and standardized scorecards for Global Field Marketing leadership. Your contributions will shape planning, problem‑solving, and decision‑making, ensuring data accuracy and compelling visualizations to support the SSOT framework
About the Team
This role reports to the Director of Global Marketing Analytics & Strategy and works in partnership with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver data-driven alignment across global marketing operations.
Key Focus Areas
- Co-lead and shape the strategy, scope, and rollout of the SSOT framework.
- Own core aspects of the project, working hands-on with data integration, dashboard creation, and stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, development, and deployment of the SSOT framework.
- Consolidate and integrate data from multiple marketing systems into unified datasets (SSOT Data Cube).
- Write advanced SQL queries (ETL/ELT workflows, dbt, Snowflake) to extract, transform, and analyze data.
- Design and build interactive, automated dashboards in Tableau to drive insights and accessibility.
- Engage in technical decision-making with the development team during SSOT implementation.
- Own tasks on the SSOT Roadmap and ensure milestone execution.
- Create standardized performance scorecards using predefined templates.
- Proactively detect and resolve data integrity issues throughout development.
- Maintain documentation and promote best practices (Tableau, SQL, SSOT methodology).
- Provide technical guidance and collaborate closely with team members on analytical solutions
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6+ years in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related data-focused roles—emphasizing data visualization, reporting, and collaboration.
- Expert-level Tableau skills: dashboard development, automation, and advanced visualizations.
- Strong SQL capabilities: extraction, transformation (dbt), complex queries—especially in Snowflake or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with data consolidation and integration across multiple systems.
- Solid grasp of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and project management fundamentals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate and lead projects across teams.
- Background in creating dynamic reporting templates and scorecards in Tableau.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a closely related field.
Nice-to-Haves / Additional Qualifications
- Familiarity with data engineering best practices and toolkit.
- Experience in marketing systems or campaign-related data workflows.
- Hands-on experience with automated data pipelines and visualization maintenance.
