Cpl are delighted to partner with a highly innovative FinTech organisation seeking an experienced Java Software Engineer to join their growing team. This role would suit an individual who enjoys building high‑quality systems and contributing to DevOps practices.
What you’ll work on:
· Java development across microservices & monolithic apps
· REST APIs, Spring Boot, SQL/NoSQL
· CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, ArgoCD), deployments & automation
· Observability: logs, metrics, dashboards
· Production support & continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
· Strong Java, OOP, Spring Boot
· CI/CD & DevOps exposure
· SQL + NoSQL familiarity
· JUnit, Mockito, Git
· Great problem‑solving & collaboration skills
Nice to have:
· Docker/Kubernetes
· Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Datadog
· Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
· FinTech experience
