Role : Senior Mortgage Advisor
My client based in Kilkenny, is recruiting for a highly motivated Senior Mortgage Advisor. A fantastic chance to get into a role at the early stages of growth in a company that will offer opportunity progression as they expand their team further. Broker experience would be a strong advantage here.

Your Responsibilities:
- Consistently provide a comprehensive and professional sales and advisory service to our customers.
- Product Champion for Mortgages, be an advocate for digital and educate our customers accordingly.
- Develop local market awareness and drive leads accordingly.
- Establish relationships with key local influencers – auctioneers, developers, solicitors.
- Partake in the company Workplace initiative.
- Deliver on Mortgage sales and associated targets across the retail product suite.
- Ensure work is carried out and completed in a controlled, compliant, timely and accurate manner
Your Experience & Skills:
- The successful candidate will have 1-3 years’ experience within a similar environment.
- Broker experience would be a strong advantage
- Relevant third level qualification or professional equivalent is desirable
- APA OR QFA qualified (QFA desirable) and committed to further continuous development.
- A full understanding of the Mortgage process is desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Motivated, driven and be a team player.
