Senior Psychologist

Senior Psychologist – Athlone, co. Westmeath

Senior Psychologists are required to join the Childrens Disability Network Team, in partnership with the HSE.

CDNT based in Athlone covering Athlone, Moate and Ferbane.

The Psychologist will support children and young people from 0 – 18yrs with complex needs arising out of disability.

CDNT use a neuroaffrimative strengths based approach in our service and are seeking a Senior Psychologist to join the team.

Job responsibilities:

• Provide counselling and psychotherapy in line with HSE best practice, across the quantum of services including provision of counselling and therapy to children and adolescents

• Conduct assessments and individual and/or group counselling/psychotherapy with clients of the service

• Maintain assigned clinical caseload

The Candidate:

• A recognised post-graduate qualification as a psychologist

• Permission to work in Ireland

• Professional approach to work
