Senior SAP Developer – Fullstack, Backend or Frontend
About the role
In the role of Senior SAP Developer, you’ll be part of a global organization and participate in various product development or industry solutions projects. You will be choosing the most suitable technical solutions that will meet business requirements.
The team’s and your responsibility will be building and owning Global SAP technology products end-to-end.

Your key responsibilities
·Lead the delivery of solution or infrastructure development services for a small to medium sized project, using strong technical capabilities
·Design, develop and oversee the maintenance of solutions or infrastructure deliverables
·Driving team compliance with the relevant standards
·Fully understand user requirements and translate them into design specifications
·Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain applications built on SAP technologies
·Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
·Review the work of others for technical details
·Coordinate the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans
·Guide team development efforts towards successful product delivery
·Work on POC’s to take appropriate design decisions
·Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
·Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
·Provide leadership, functional knowledge, and configuration skills to build proprietary applications on top of SAP products.
What we look for
·Mandatory knowledge of ABAP/ABAP OO or Java or another object-based language (in which case you still need to have experience/knowledge of SAP and related trends and new technologies)
·Mandatory knowledge of SAP technologies for both On-Prem and Cloud offerings from SAP
·Learning mindset and focus on continuous development is a must
·At least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or related field preferred
·6-7+ years’ experience in developing SAP-related applications. Ideal candidate will have experience in cloud technologies
·Expertise in most or all of these areas:
frontend: SAPUI5, FIORI, BTP, , JavaScript, Node.js, CSS
backend: ABAP, ABAP OO, OData / Rest, BOPF, RAP, CapM, SQL, CDS, Eclipse ADT
·Strong understanding of Agile methodology and Scrum processes as you will be responsible to deliver in the Agile process as part of a stable team
·Strong technical competence in designing, developing, and debugging solutions
·Constantly updating yourself about new offerings from SAP as well as market conditions
·Experience in requirements gathering, User Story creation and grooming, blueprint preparation, system configuration, testing, cutover, Go-live and operations.
·Great product instinct and excellent project management skills to push projects over the finish line with sound planning and persistent execution.
·End-to-end understanding of development processes.
