We are looking for a Service Delivery Lead to join our TEG Public Sector team in Cpl. In this role you will be responsible for leading the delivery of recruitment services for a portfolio of public sector and semi-state clients. You will be expected to lead client interactions with support of the Talent Acquisition Partners, Specialists and Administrators to deliver multiple competitions and at times across numerous clients.
We are looking for someone who is client first approach. In this role you will be working with our management team and internal Cpl shared services such as PMO, Finance & Marketing to ensure that we are delivering our services to our client to meet our SLAs and KPIs.
As a Service Delivery Lead you will have the responsibility to lead the client’s end to end recruitment requests, ensuring that our team is meeting the client’s SLAs as per each client’s specific requests and contract agreements. In this role you are required to establish relationships with our key client stakeholders in order to ensure that our teams are consistently providing high levels of customer service and meeting the needs and addressing the challenges facing our clients.
Keys Areas of Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of recruitment services for a portfolio of public sector clients.
- Assist with the onboarding, mentoring and guiding of members of the team including Talent Acquisition Partners, Specialist & Administrators.
- Ensure that the relevant teams are following the end-to-end recruitment process, SLA’s and KPI’s as set out for each of our client accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders.
- Support the relevant Talent Acquisition Partner(s) in preparing for client meetings and client reports.
- Attend client meetings in order to support the Talent Acquisition Partner(s).
- Assisting the Talent Acquisition Partner(s) to develop and implement advertising and sourcing strategies to attract top talent for our clients’ opportunities.
- Partnering with TEG Public Sector Management team and liaising with other areas of the business where needed in order to delivery for our clients.
- Ensure that the team are appropriately using and updating systems and recruitment trackers in place for their relevant client account.
- Working with the TEG Public Sector Management team to identify and implement improvements.
- Supporting with the financial management for the relevant accounts.
- Assist with other projects as the needs arise.
Experience Required:
- 3+ years’ of relevant recruitment experience with up to 2 years of leading client interaction
- Relevant public sector & CPSA recruitment service delivery experience would be seen as an advantage
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, training or people management would be seen as an advantage
- Solutions focused approach to being client first and how best to deliver for our clients
- Experience of working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining quality delivery of recruitment services
- Proven experience of managing and resolving client escalations
- Experience of leading services for a client account end to end
- Data centric, to be obsessive on how we are reporting back to our clients
- Flexibility required to travel to client sites in locations around Ireland to partake in person meetings, workshops and client review meetings
