Cpl Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Solutions Architect to join a fast-growing SaaS company in the cybersecurity and resilience space. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to enterprise and partner customers designing, implementing, and supporting scalable technical solutions that ensure successful onboarding and long-term adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers across both business and technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into clear, outcome-focused language.
- Lead customer engagements across the full lifecycle — implementation, configuration, integration, enablement, and ongoing adoption.
- Analyse and design customer workflows, helping them shape solutions that align with their business goals.
- Work hands-on with identity management, APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP), and data flows to ensure smooth integrations between systems.
- Interpret and manage data workflows, ensuring integrations are correctly designed and aligned with customer expectations.
- Create simple technical artefacts such as demo scripts (e.g., in Python), configuration examples, or integration samples.
- Run regular customer calls with product, IT, and security teams to track progress, troubleshoot issues, and drive outcomes.
- Partner closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, IT, Security) to ensure customers receive a seamless end-to-end experience.
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years’ experience in a technical customer-facing role (Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar).
- Solid understanding of APIs, data integration, and analytics.
- Proven ability to design and deliver scalable solutions for enterprise clients
