We are currently looking for Dutch and German speaking Content Moderators for a global tech company.

Job Title

Content Moderation Associate

Responsibilities

·       Review data to assess accuracy against client policies.

·       Engage with businesses, mainly through outbound phone calls.

·       Verify and update information as appropriate

·       Adhere to all compliance requirements

·       Provide feedback in tends identified in review

·       General data entry related tasks

About You

·       Excellent communication ability both written and verbal (Customer engagement is a critical part of the role).

·       Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast paced environment

·       Computer fluency

·       Problem solving mindset and good decision making ability

Requirements

·       Fluency in Dutch AND English

Offer

·       Annual salary of €36,790

·       Permanent full-time contract

·       Monday to Friday. 8:30-17:30

·       Full training provided
