Tax Manager & Senior Manager 100% Remote
Due to continued growth, our client is recruiting a Tax Manager and Senior Tax Manager. The successful candidate will have flexibility to work remotely on a full-time basis if desired. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional seeking to develop their career in a progressive firm and fast-growing firm. The role will entail working with a diverse client base, with a key focus being the provision of tax advisory services to FDI businesses. Both roles offer career progression in a fast-growing team.
Responsibilities:
• Managing a portfolio of corporate clients (predominantly internationally focussed businesses).
• Working with partners on advisory, M&A, due-diligence, and reorganisation assignments.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and providing a high standard of client service.
• Coordinating and working with other member firms on cross-border projects and business development initiatives.
• Contributing to the development of technical knowledge and training of staff.
• Commercial management of a portfolio of clients.
• Contributing to the operational management of the tax division and taking responsibility for specific areas as required.
Skills and experience:
• ITI and/or ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Experience in managing a corporate client portfolio with strong commercial expertise.
• Strong technical skills to deliver corporate tax advisory services.
• Experience in managing staff.
• Prior experience of working with FDI cases (desirable but not essential).
• Team player with strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong Microsoft applications skills; Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
