As IT Customer Support Specialist you will primarily answers calls and respond to IT requests and service request tasks from end-user clients.
This is a hybrid role where the successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 3 days a week on our client’s site based in Dublin with the remaining days working from home.
This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 with a 30-minute break.
Due to our client’s requirements, the successful candidate must be fluent in both English and French.
Key Responsibilities
- Call handling for the inbound IT support hotline
- Fully qualifying and processing incoming IT support tickets in adherence to the agreed service, quality, and client satisfaction levels
- Applying solutions, workarounds, patches and fixes
- Effective dispatch to the correct organisation and resolver group
Qualifications
- The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and French
- Ideally 3rd Level Qualification – Certificate, Diploma or Degree in an IT related discipline
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- A team player
- Availability for working some Public Holidays if required
Not a must but would give you an advantage if you have:
- ITIL process knowledge would be beneficial
- Experience with using monitoring tools for incoming tickets
