Temporary Receptionist – Dublin 22 – €18 per hour
My client, based in Dublin 22, is seeking a receptionist to provide temporary cover on a sporadic basis between now and Christmas. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible, short-term work and who enjoys a busy front-of-house environment.
The hours will vary depending on business needs — most days will be 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional half days from 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors and managing the front desk in a professional and friendly manner
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and general office enquiries
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
- Providing administrative support as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A professional and approachable demeanour
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Reliability and flexibility to provide cover at short notice
