Transaction Services Director
We are seeking an experienced Transaction Services Director to lead financial due diligence projects and support clients across diverse M&A transactions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced advisory environment, delivering strategic insights and helping clients unlock value in complex deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence
- Provide commercial insights and clear recommendations to clients
- Oversee quality of deliverables and act as main client contact
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Drive business development and originate new opportunities
- Collaborate across advisory teams to identify cross‑selling potential
- Attend industry events and maintain a strong professional network
About You
- Significant experience in Transaction Services and financial due diligence
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong technical accounting and analytical skills
- Proven ability to win new business and build client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership, project management, and commercial awareness
