Job Description:
Flexsource are currently recruiting an experienced Transport First Line Manager (FLM) for a high-volume store delivery contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated logistics professional to lead and manage operations in a dynamic night-time environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee night transport operations for store delivery services
· Lead a team of drivers and support staff to meet delivery schedules
· Monitor and maintain performance, safety, and compliance standards
· Allocate vehicles and routes effectively to meet business needs
· Act as point of contact for operational issues during night shifts
· Drive team performance and maintain high morale
Requirements:
· Previous management or supervisory experience in a logistics setting
· Excellent people management and communication skills
· Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
· Experience in transport, delivery, or supply chain operations (essential)
· Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rota
Hours:
· Full-Time, 4 on / 4 off – Nights (7PM – 7AM)
Pay and Benefits:
· €27.01 per hour
