Warehouse Team Leader
We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team based in Co. Kildare. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of warehouse operatives on a daily basis
- Ensure all warehouse activities are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Assign tasks and keep track of team performance
- Use Counterbalance and Reach forklifts when required
- Monitor stock levels and support goods-in and dispatch functions
- Promote and maintain a strong health & safety culture
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance and Reach forklift licences (essential)
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a warehouse environment
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to lead by example and drive team performance
- PPT licence would be beneficial, but not required
Pay & Hours
- €18.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
- 40 hours per week (including a 30-minute unpaid break)
