Job Description:
The Global Coordinator will support the delivery of key administrative functions within an international education environment. This role involves assisting with undergraduate international admissions, coordinating online engagement activities, and providing high-quality support to prospective and current international students.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support for undergraduate international admissions processes.
· Assist in the delivery, setup, and coordination of webinars and online information sessions.
· Support activities related to international student ambassadors, including communication and scheduling.
· Respond to enquiries from prospective students and stakeholders via email, telephone, and in-person visits.
· Maintain accurate records using internal databases and Microsoft Office tools.
· Contribute to a positive and welcoming experience for international students and applicants.
Essential Criteria
· Level 7 degree (or equivalent).
· Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with complex databases.
· Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Desirable Criteria
· Previous experience working in international admissions or a similar administrative role.
· Experience working in an international office or supporting international student services.
