My client, a well established retailer based in Cork City has a requirement for an experienced Administrator to join their team.
If you have strong administration skills, great attention to detail and you're savvy on Excel, this role could be a great fit for you!
Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm
Pay Rate: from €16 hourly
Main duties include:
- First point of contact for customers over the phone
- Data entry and maintenance of databases.
- Tracking and logging of quotations
- Managing filing systems
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Logging and maintaining of driver permits/safe passes.
