My client is seeking a Administrator to join their expanding team. Reporting to the Project Manager, the candidate will also work in conjunction the site team. This role offers strong benefits and a competitive salary.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with collating Handover information.
- Collate BCAR information for the projects.
- Updating internal Progress trackers.
- Collate and manage HSE records in conjunction with the Site Officer.
- Contribute Collate inputs and issue various weekly/fortnightly/monthly reports on existing company templates for operational and commercial purposes.
- Complete admin tasks on sites as and when required.
- Prepare and submit CSO reports as required.
Key skills and Experience:
- Strong IT skills, proficient is MS Office package.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with a wide range of people.
- Efficient and organized.
