Our client an Insurance company are urgently seeking Italian-speaking Temporary Administrative Assistants to support our Italian Medical Selection team. The successful candidates will provide essential administrative support, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling documentation and team requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the Italian Medical Selection team.
- Review and process documentation in Italian with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain records, files, and databases in line with team procedures.
- Provide general office support including data entry, document management, and reporting.
- Liaise with team members to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (written and verbal) – essential, as all documentation is in Italian.
- Previous administration or clerical experience, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Availability to commence ASAP
