I am currently recruiting for various Administrators for my client to join their team in Citywest.
Please note these Administration roles involve shift work (9am to 9pm) The shift pattern will be Week 1. Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday. Week 2 Monday, Thursday, Friday. This is a temporary contract with further opportunities available for the right candidates.
The deal candidates will have good excel skills, business writing skills, excellent communication skills and experience with internal databases.
Key Responsibilities of Role:
· Allocation of accommodation
· Updating internal database
· Liaising with service providers as directed
· Providing general administration support to the team
Role Requirements:
· Fluent in English
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
· Personally responsible and trustworthy
· Experience of online databases
· Strong interpersonal skills
