We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients. This role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing advisory skills, requiring someone who can stay ahead of rapid AI innovation and translate cutting-edge capabilities into real business impact.
Responsibilities
- Drive innovation in AI and GenAI architecture, applying the latest industry research to practical client use cases
- Advise senior stakeholders on AI strategy, opportunities, and solution design
- Lead and facilitate workshops to identify and prioritise AI use cases and roadmaps
- Architect and oversee scalable Generative and Agentic AI systems, including multi-agent workflows
- Manage large-scale AI projects from concept to delivery, working with cross-functional teams
- Mentor data scientists and engineers in advanced AI development, MLOps/LLMOps, and agentic design
- Build and maintain strong client and internal stakeholder relationships
- Ensure high-quality delivery using Agile practices, responsible AI principles, and software engineering standards
- Stay current with Generative AI, LLM, and Agentic AI trends, frameworks, and tools
Requirements
- 10+ years in AI/ML/Data Science with at least 5 years in leadership or architecture roles
- Strong track record of delivering large-scale AI solutions in enterprise or consulting settings
- Deep knowledge of LLMs (GPT, Llama, Mistral, Claude), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph
- Strong understanding of RAG, Graph RAG, agentic systems, and multi-agent collaboration
- Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML libraries (Transformers, spaCy, NLTK)
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma) and embeddings
- Deployment experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP with strong cloud-native knowledge
- Strong software engineering foundation and experience with MLOps/LLMOps pipelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field; Master’s/PhD preferred
- Minimum Stamp 4 Visa

- Salary - €120-140k (Negotiable however) +bonus
