Cpl are currently seeking a Business Support Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established national non-profit organisation, to join their operations team in a permanent, full-time capacity. This role is hybrid and based in South Dublin, flexibility is available.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who is highly organised, proactive, and passionate about driving operational excellence. The role involves a mix of administrative, analytical, and strategic responsibilities, with a strong focus on improving processes and supporting continued organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and continuously improve operational processes to ensure they are scalable and effective.
- Maintain standard operating procedures and compliance documentation for the operations function.
- Coordinate team schedules, resources, and communications across the department.
- Collate and analyse data from CRM systems and other sources to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Lead and manage operational projects as delegated by the Head of Operations & Community Engagement.
- Represent the department on internal committees and working groups.
- Oversee the coordination of operations management meetings and the annual budget process.
- Support the preparation of business proposals and funding applications.
- Manage reporting requirements to external bodies and stakeholders, including service arrangements and performance metrics.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Third-level qualification in business, management or finance is desirable.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, operational setting.
- Experience working within a multi-site organisation is beneficial.
- Proven ability to produce data-driven reports and insights in a user-friendly format.
- Project management experience with a focus on delivering operational improvements.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
