A non profit social enterprise is seeking an enthusiastic and positive customer service agent to join their team on a temporary basis. Candidates should be available for an immediate start.
Duties:
- Action a high volume of Inbound and Outbound calls
- Tracking all calls and follow-up tasks
- processing orders in our Warehouse Management System
- Review orders
- Occasionally assist the Supervisor with warehouse administration duties
- Managing email correspondence related to customer queries
- Responding and resolving customer queries within the SLA
- Ad hoc projects
- Proactive approach to dealing with queries
- Provide a great customer experience
- Additional duties per business needs
Key Skills
- 1+ years Contact Centre or Customer Service experience
- Excellent telephone manner a must
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Word or Google Suite
- CRM experience a plus
- Flexible to work various shifts (9am-9pm)
