Cpl is delighted to partner with a leading manufacturing organisation to recruit a Customer Service Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer service queries.
- Process and manage sales orders, ensuring materials and tooling meet delivery schedules.
- Liaise with internal teams to monitor order progress and provide timely customer updates.
- Investigate and resolve issues in collaboration with the Customer Support Manager.
- Maintain accurate production, shipping, and stock records using ERP/MRP systems.
- Support ongoing improvement projects and participate in training as required.
Requirements:
- 3rd Level or PLC qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service role (manufacturing experience an advantage).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP/MRP software.
- Customer-focused, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
