Cpl are proud to partner with a leading Multinational in North Cork to recruit a high calibre Operations Assistant to join their team. This role is initially to cover maternity leave.
The department is responsible for the successful running of operations, financial planning, KPI achievement and training course management.

Reporting to the Operations Director, your duties will include:
- Provide PA support to the Operations Director including diary management, correspondence, travel arrangements and reporting duties
- Supporting the running of the Operations Department whilst building and maintaining relationships with 8 Area Managers across the business
- Preparation and updating of financial planning accounts on a monthly basis
- Providing support on a range of exciting projects across the business
- Working to strict deadlines to manage the running of 40+ daily, weekly and monthly reports for both the Store Operations Director and the Managing Director
- KPI Reporting and analysing data for the Store Operations Director using Advanced Excel including pivot tables and vlookups, macros and VBA.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and external bodies when required
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Honours/Level 8 Degree from a recognised third level organisation.
- Excellent attention to detail with a very structured approach to tasks
- Strong IT administrative abilities with advanced Excel (vlookups and pivot tables) and MS Office.
- Previous experience within a reporting function
