I’m currently recruiting an Administrator for our client who are a fast-growing, global brand.
The role sits within a dynamic Product Management team and plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth packaging development, accurate artwork management, and efficient product launch processes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and Marketing, gaining exposure to all stages of product lifecycle management.
This position offers a blend of coordination, documentation control, and stakeholder support within a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
NPD Administrative support
- Serve as the primary administrative support for the Product & NPD team.
- Assist with the creation, routing, and detailed tracking of product documentation, specifications, and approval records.
- Maintain product project trackers, logs for campaign performance tracking and product dashboards to ensure accurate status reporting.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), processes and team documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of product presentations, reports, and documentation.
- Assist with product artwork processes through the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Support the delivery and co-ordination of new product: claims, testimonials, and sales assets.
- Support product industry and supplier research, benchmarking, and vendor qualification tasks where required.
· Performs all other duties as assigned.
Communications & Stakeholder Support
- Maintain meeting notes, and action lists for projects.
- Provide product translation coordination support where required.
· Manage updates and communications on product channels and dashboards.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across time zones, adapting to international coordination needs.
- Assist with internal company event planning and new product launch activations.
- Perform all work in compliance with company guidelines.
Skills & Experience
· Minimum of 1-3 years experience in administrative work.
· Excellent organizational and timekeeping skills are required.
· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
· Attention to detail and complex information required.
· Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to work with various personalities and cultures required.
· Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment is required.
· Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
