Overview
Our client, a leading organisation in the financial/professional services sector, is seeking a Lead Salesforce Technical Analyst to own and drive the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing development of Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud). You will act as the technical authority, shaping the Salesforce ecosystem, integrations, automations, and long-term platform strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of Salesforce platforms (incl. FSC, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud).
- Work closely with implementation partners to design scalable architecture and integration pathways.
- Act as the Salesforce SME, proposing innovative technical and process improvements.
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Drive automation across workflows, agent processes, and client engagement journeys.
- Oversee development of application and data integrations across enterprise systems.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies for Salesforce delivery.
- Ensure accurate and compliant data migration and reconciliation activities.
- Lead end-to-end test strategy and deployment cycles.
- Support business readiness: documentation, training, process updates, post-go-live support.
Experience & Technical Skills
- 6+ years in application development / implementation roles.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform architecture and its alignment with business needs.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Apex (controllers, triggers, batch, queueable).
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications via APIs and integration patterns.
- Salesforce technical certifications preferred.
