Job Summary
The administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organisation by delivering efficient administrative and coordination services. The role ensures smooth running of office functions, supports internal teams, and acts as a key point of contact for customers, staff, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as first point of contact for calls and emails.
• Manage general office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and accurate records.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars.
• Prepare data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
• Assist in invoicing, expenses, and basic bookkeeping.
• Maintain employee records and documentation.
Work Experience
• 1+ years’ of experience in an admin or office support role
• High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Experience with office management systems
