My client, a rapidly growing company is looking for an experienced Office Manager to become a key part of its Galway team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being at the heart of a busy, friendly office.

Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day running of the Galway office
- Coordinating diaries, travel, meetings, and office logistics
- Maintaining organised digital and paper filing systems
- Ensuring the office environment is professional, welcoming, and well resourced
- Acting as a key point of contact for calls, emails, and correspondence
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training administration
- Assisting with HR records, data protection, and health & safety processes
- Helping maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Supporting team events, engagement activities, and internal initiatives
- Recording expenses and invoices accurately
- Maintaining internal finance records and supporting external accounting processes
- Liaising with colleagues across other offices as needed
- Proofreading reports and internal documents
- Ensuring high standards of accuracy and presentation
About You
- 2–3+ years’ experience in office management, operations, or senior administration
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Proactive, reliable, and solution-focused
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, email platforms)
- Basic finance or bookkeeping experience is an advantage
- First Aid training is desirable but not essential
