PA Requirement for Senior Leader Based in D10 – Immediate Start – 35K
The main tasks will include:
· Monitor Email inbox
· Acknowledgement of emails, including triage of correspondence received ensuring responses are issued in a timely fashion
· Maintaining correspondence log of all communications coming into the office
· Distribute queries/tasks to relevant Personnel
· Keeping track of reports/information request deadlines and sending reminders re responses
· Diary Management - Scheduling/organising/managing meetings/Meeting Management
· Organising meeting packs/documentation
· Preparing and issuing Agenda’s and meeting minutes
· Update relevant action logs
· Dealing with phone queries
· Drafting letter, emails, correspondence on behalf of AND
· Preparing presentations
The successful candidate must have experience of:
Diary management, database management and must possess strong IT skills include MS Package Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
