My client based in Pharma industry in Dublin 15 is seeking an administrator for a 3-month temporary position. This is for a project on site that may be extended slightly longer.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to
- Creating information on the new internal database
- Sourcing DATA within the business
- Data Entry
- Update maintenance records in SAP
- Update Purchase Orders in SAP
- Create Purchase Agreements
- Liaising with management and other divisions
- Creation of stock parts on the internal system
- Inventory control and stock taking
- Updating excel database

- At least 2 years’ experience within administration
- Previous Pharma, logistics or procurement background is ideal but not essential
- Knowledge of MS office is required particularly MS Excel
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
